Franklin County Jail Contacts

Visitation information is part of a practical inmate-record lookup because the roster can show current location for visitation. Franklin County sheriff materials state that the office partnered with GTL/ViaPath Technologies to shift family and friend visits toward virtual visitation for incarcerated individuals at Franklin County Corrections Center II. Commissary transactions use Keefe Commissary Network and Access Corrections as of June 23, 2025. Deposit methods include AccessCorrections.com, the Access Corrections app, phone deposits, CashPayToday, and lobby kiosks. Four 24/7 kiosks are listed locally: two in the Karnes front lobby and two at Franklin County Corrections Center II visitor entrances. Confirm custody before sending funds because a release, transfer, or wrong inmate identifier can delay or misroute money.
Note: Money orders are placed in personal property under sheriff rules, and inmates may make one money release every seven calendar days.
